পলিউরেথেন ইলাস্টোমার সিস্টেমের উপাদান অনুপাতে অত্যন্ত উচ্চ নির্ভুলতা প্রয়োজন, তাই একটি সুনির্দিষ্ট ক্রমাঙ্কন প্রয়োজন। প্রতিটি সূত্র তিনটি ভিন্ন আউটপুট বেছে নিতে দেয় যা স্বাধীনভাবে ক্রমাঙ্কিত করা যেতে পারে। ক্রমাঙ্কন কম্পিউটারে সংরক্ষণ করা হবে এবং যেকোনো প্রয়োজনে পুনরায় কল করা হবে।

নিয়ন্ত্রণ ব্যবস্থার পরামিতি

(1) ক্রমাগত ঢালা, নিয়মিত পরিমাণগত ঢালাই, স্বয়ংক্রিয় পরিষ্কার করা ইত্যাদি।

(2) ঢালার পরিমাণ (ঢালা সময় সামঞ্জস্য করে) নিয়ন্ত্রণ পরিসর হল 1 থেকে 2999s;

(3) ঢালা ত্রুটি 0.3 শতাংশের চেয়ে কম বা সমান;
